Je paye pour rien …
Bonjour, Une très bonne application mais qui malheureusement a beaucoup de bug ! Par exemple la mon abonnement s’est renouvelé automatiquement j’ai bien été débité mais l’application continu de me mettre en formule Gratuite.. Il y avais un bouton “restaurer l’abonnement “ qui fonctionnait bien mais il a été enlevé 🤦🏽♂️
Plate-forme à àmélioré
Dans mes souvenir l’ancien plate forme s’appelait traceplay et il y avait une trés bonne qualité d’image HD. Et ce n’est pas le cas avec vous en moment. Et l’application n’est pas disponible sur Apple TV 4K ce qui est trés dommage. J’espère que vous améliorer tout ça dans l’avenir. En gros en terme de chaîne c’est mieux il y a + de chaîne comparer avant.
Promotion
L’idée est très bonne et c’est plus simple d’avoir accès à certains contenus et aux chaînes plus facilement. Mais en revanche il y’a certaines parties qui ne sont pa d’encore accessible par exemple l’onglet promo, diffuser son clip ou réserver un studio.

Je viens de prendre un abonnement d’un mois impossible de regarder les chaînes car comme si je n’ai pas d’abonnement alors que j’ai payé 4.99 Je me deconnecte de l’application, en voulant le reconnecter avec mon identifiant apple j’ai un message account error Escroquerie
