Tracified Field Officer

Tracified is a block-chain based traceability solution that connects an entire supplier chain of a product. Tracified Field Officer App is used to enter stage data for all the stages in which a product goes through. Accounts for the field officers are created using the tracified admin portal. Using the created account's email and password Field officer can log in to this application. A transaction account is created for each officer account to connect the officer application with the blockchain gateway. When performing actions, You will be prompted to provide the transaction account's password. (Once you provide this password, you will not be asked to provide this again for the next 4 hours but, if you close the app or log out from the app, you will be asked again to provide this password when operating) A user can install, sign in, manage identifiers, add data for items, transfer item stage, split items, merge items, change user details, reset passwords, and permissions. Field Officers can map out farm boundaries or plot boundaries using geo markers. Users can use this option to subdivide a mapped plot by following the same process.
- Transfer Item Stage: You can transfer an item or multiple items from one stage to the other.
- Split Items: You can add any number of identifiers which you would like to split into by typing or scanning the barcodes. (These identifiers should be new and therefore cannot contain any data) You can also split it into just one identifier.
- Merge Items: You can merge any number of identifiers in any stage together.
- Connect Identifier: You can connect identifiers with another identifier
- Release Parent ID: When performing Split and Merge functions you can release the parent identifier by checking this field. Once you release parent identifier(s), all the data will be released from those identifiers. By releasing the parent identifier(s) you will be able to use the released identifiers again as new identifiers.
Offline mode is also available in the Field officer app. If the device does not have a working internet connection, you will automatically switch to Offline mode. When in offline mode, application functions will be limited to just adding identifiers and adding data.
The application will not be able to determine the stage of the new identifiers that you add since there is no internet. Once, you add data that will be saved locally in the application storage. when your device goes back online, you can view data that you add using the offline mode and sync them. In the field officer application, You have the option to see a previously added list of data additions limited to 10 rows.
