Todos meus dados marcados por anos, foram perdidos por falta de atualização do app TRACK KIT, como fazer pra recuperar meus dados ? Atualizem o app para iOS 14 mesmo que seja pago

Stop working in IOS 17.2.1 on iPhone 13. Open and Crash immediately!!!!

O app para Apple Watch parou de funcionar. Esse app não tem atualização a 3 anos. Uma pena. Era o melhor é mais completo app para trilhas que usava.
