I m home now, but the tracker indicates that the car is in Protea, with ignition off, This means tracker wont be able to trace my car should it be stolen

I have the Care package. I am unable to capture expenses. Every time is says: ERROR: The request is invalid. Model: An error has occurred. An argument is required. This is pathetic. Do i need to argue with the Developers to ensure that I enjoy premium service ?

The tracker recently introduced Car-Guard and I thought that would work great for me since I’m out of the province and if someone starts the car I’ll be notified but I was just fooling myself my brother is currently driving my car there was no notification whatsoever on top of that its showing as if the car is stationary and hasn’t been started since I left home and I just confirmed with the person they picked up that they’re are indeed driving my car. So I called tracker since I thought the problem was with the app and they also confirmed the car as stationery at home I had to video call them to confirm that the car is moving now I’m asking myself if my car was stolen this would be the end of it and I would’ve been told they removed the tracer before they could get to them.😡😡

The app was great in the beginning but has developed more faults as the updates appear.

The app is most of the time malfunctioning Several times cannot even show correct location. Now there no option to choose how you have to receive notification. I changed from email to sms few months ago and the charges are extremely high. I can’t be able to change back to email because they don’t have option to make changes anymore. It’s so frustrating. My panic button is also connected on the key tag and my car is automatic. And keyless start. Now my question is what if I need to use it. On top of that I tried you test it several times and no response from tracker . I called with no success. I will change to another tracking company soon

The new version of the app is nonsense, it doesn’t give real Time location of the vehicle. You only get a trigger 20 minutes after the vehicle has moved. The previous version was more effective .

The false alerts in this new update triggers while I’m driving. Major distraction while driving coz I have to unlock phone, switch apps and click on dismiss. Can you guys sort this out because this is concerning. It’s happening way too often!

I’ve been with tracker for the past year. I’ve only been able to use the app for a third of that time. I’m paying for the app and yet I can’t access it. Went to the service provider and told me to call them and every time I call I can’t get through. So, they’ve been robbing me, sold me a product I can’t use. Join cartrack or any other provider, not tracker!
