car location not accurate even thought we only park in terrace house not inside the building , Pls improve on this weakness

Location error (SM)
The application is good and useful but sometimes location error when car is parking.
Server is not recording over speeding records over 2 weeks now
We have feedback to the supplier that the apps is not recording the over speed tracking records, and it’s already 2 weeks. Still not working
