The app keeps playing up , every time it refreshes all the majority of the vehicles disappears

Location is not accurate. Sometimes connection got lost for long.

Works a treat great app easy to use

Nuttag are nothing but scammers stay clear brought 10 units didn’t work in area sent back 8 unit’s never got my money back and the last 2 units went of line emailed many times eventually got response was ask send more money for new SIM cards. Again was scam Yes got scammed for $190 was sent old fake sim cards STAY CLEAR PEOPLE

Out of service for 3days

I’ve been using the app for about a year now and am having trouble with it tell me it has exited the geo fence and always shows me it is somewhere else and not in my driveway. I have it in my boat cause I’m worried someone might try to steal it.

I have been using the system know for 7 years straight and about 6 years before. The system track great and support is always there to help.

I loved the Tracksolud app and the NutTAG Atlas tracking device for our caravan. We used the solution for the 1st 12 mths and was great but then the registration with the Tracksolud app expired, as did the SIM they supplied that I paid extra for. I spent quite some time working with their support at the time trying to renew the registration and associating it with a new SIM that I had to buy elsewhere. This was finally resolved and all good fir another 12mths but then the App expired again. I contacted NutTAG who sent me an invoice to renew - I paid and 3 mths later it still does not work. I tried contacting numerous time and booked support calls but no one would contact me. One lady did email me a few times saying she was working on it but that they needed to purchase tokens fir support from their supplier - I never received an answer fir what this meant and never received any tech support. The last email did state they could refund my purchase which I said I would accept if they could not resolve immediately. That was approx 3 mths ago and I gave nit heard from them since. . My wife did do a search and found the company went into liquidation. Extremely frustrated and annoyed as they issued me an invoice and took my money knowing their company situation and inability to provide the service I paid for. I thought would be illegal to do under Australian company law. So personally I would not recommend at all.

I keep getting random alerts and car on car off at all times. It is very annoying.
