アプリの調子悪く再設定の為にサポートにメールしました。すぐに回答してくれました。

機能削除

バージョンアップでスマホのトラッキング機能が削除になった残念理由を説明しないのはあまり誠実ではないですね

アカウントが削除出来ない

アカウントをどこから削除出来るのかが分からない…

スマホの警告音を大きくできるようにしてほしい

ハードウェア的にはたいへんいいのだが、iPhoneをサイレントモードにすると、何の警告音もバイブもないのて、「忘れ物防止タグ機能」にまったく意味がなくなってしまう。スマホアプリの改善をお願いしたい。

通知音の長さを設定出来る様にしてほしい

画面をタップするまでずっとアラームを鳴らすのではなく、検知したら通知音で知らせるだけの設定があるとありがたいです

ファームウエア

ファームウエアどーのこーの言われて登録できない。再起動もした。使えない。

マジで有能

一年前に購入した。物忘れがひどくよく財布などを忘れたり落としたりしてしまうからだ。買ってから今日までそれと言った活躍もなく室内で音を出して探すくらいの利用だった。しかし、今日慌てて鞄にしまったせいか財布を落としてしまった。気づいたのは30分後。正直ほとんど諦めていた。しかし、地図を使って探し出すことができたのだ。このアプリには本当に感謝している。

便利、でも

普通の通知を送って欲しいです。 Apple Watchに連動で来るはずの通知がバイブレーションなし、iPhoneのロック中にきた通知はなぜか通知センターに行ってしまってロック画面で確認できないなど、アプリ開発者の方の問題ではないかもしれませんが、確認の方よろしくお願いします。にしても、やはり便利です。本当にお世話になっております。ありがとうございます
