I’ve been lucky to be one of the first few dozen folks to experience this app. As someone who has read a lot about habit formation, I feel I’m in a position to say that Izaak has given immense consideration to the elements of this app. The app is full of tools that work and inspiration towards a variety of goals that will produce positivity results for anyone who desires to take steps towards making themselves better. We’re all worthy as we are. This app is simply a fantastic tool to grow as beings, so that we may show up in the world as we wish and interact in meaningful ways with others in the world.
