Coming from MetaTrader and also trying C-Trader, I can say with certainty this app has the best UI and UX. Very clean and easy to use. Please add the functionality to rotate the charts as it only allows us to view in portrait mode which can be annoying.
So far on 2 different occasions I’ve lost money. There was a trade opened in double which I didn’t do my self and since it was a loss than was just horrible. When I reached out to support all they said was that I was responsible when I had never placed the trade, I would take everything down in my journal to keep track. Most recent occasion, I’ve decided to create a spread sheet with all trades I’ve taken with this new trading platform and I’ve noticed, with fees included there’s money missing. Reached out to support and they just say nothing is wrong.
All stop working between tarde Whenever i try to enter sl and tp and it stop doesn’t working. It just a waste of time using this app It’s much better to use C trader People are always lossing money on it
I came from using MetaTrader, feels similar but improved and more modern. I have had the app for about 2ish weeks and it’s been working alright, although there’s been 3 times where it’s been having connectivity issues and nothing shows up which is a little frustrating when I’m trying to monitor my trades
As much as I’d like to say I like the app it’s far from good. I’ve noticed two days in a row my pending orders & active orders are being deleted. Sometimes you can’t even find them in the trades history either. I’m missing out on profits.
The app itself is very nice to use. Issue is that it keeps going down and you are not able to login to close trades. I’ve lost 10s of thousands of dollars due to unable to close my trades. Stay away
This app was just not ready to be publicly released it’s way too many bugs. the amount of times i would have to open and close the app for it to actually work is crazy
This platform has a lot of potential but unfortunately it has a lot of bugs and glitches. Was in a position and could not close so the trade just reversed and wiped my account. The chart could not load so therefore I could not place a stoploss. There should be a feature aside from the chart to edit SL and TP. Furthermore, it’s not just the app even the web version has issues. Hope they can fix these issues cause I do like the UX if it could work properly. Definitely could be a solid competitor to mt4.
