Tive uma má experiência numa compra, paguei o seguro e para ser reembolsada, que foi a única solução que me foi apresentada, tenho de enviar os artigos tal como chegaram, sendo que as despesas dos portes de envio ficam a meu cargo. Estamos a falar de envios internacionais registados, que não são nada baratos. Já tive a despesa de portes para receber artigos em más condições e caso queria o reembolso, pelo erro e falta de zelo do vendedor, ainda tenho eu que arcar com as despesas. Por isso, não sei para que serve o seguro. Ainda para mais quando enviei provas do estado dos artigos. E a mediação do conflito é através do PayPal porque a Tradera não o faz diretamente.
