theres this issue i have been having when it comes to logging in using my roblox account, And it wont let me login and keeps saying “roblox access authentication error. please try again” and i did try again but kept repeating and repeating, and another issue i have been experiencing right now is opening it when i exit the app. It either crashes or get frozen

Hello developers, i got the problem when the app just doesn’t load properly. I hope you guys fix this. It makes me annoyed and just when i was gonna get excited for this app, i haven’t checked the whole app yet because of this problem. Thanks!
This app is really helpful for trading, although it’s kinda bad because when I tried to change my password it said I need to log in on google, when I tried to log in on google it says the same thing.
In computer it’s really good to use. But in phone it always loads so long, I can’t even access traderie because it always loads so long. Pls fix.
I CANT EVEN OPEN THE APP it takes like 10 min to load in and my wifi is PERFECTLY FINE
It’s a good and useful app, but there’s a problem with it. So I wanted to change the password of my account but I forgot the password so I log out and change my password, but it needs an email for me to change the password. So i don’t use the email I putted on the account anymore. I logged back in using the discord thingy and changed my email and did the routine earlier. But when I putted the email to change the password. I clicked the “I am not a robot” and it took so long. I had to retry it 5 times. So I just told my self “forget it I won’t change the password anymore I can still log in with my discord account.” But when I tried logging in with my discord account there’s an issue. It won’t let me log in. It keeps showing a spinning castle 😭
Can’t log in even with perfect connection and right account information. Just stuck on white page after logging in.
I find everything i need thank you so much this app saved me time!!^^
