Position figures, etc

Everytime I check my Positions, figures are always different and not updated properly. Limited information of fundamental data of companies.

Slow and counter intuitive

Main Platform down so using my phone.

Great for backup trading

Great for a backup on the iPad in case the laptop goes down for any reason, I can still manage out of trades. Works well and is a much more professional platform than others that I have used such as MT4. It would be great to see the same scope of indicators that are available on the desktop version. Also there is a small issue with the login screen with password privacy dots appearing in random spots over my username. Small issues though, not really a problem at all. Keep up the forward development TradeStation, there is a reason why they are leading the game!

Pretty good — Missing basics.

Solid app and nice, flexible visualisations. They don’t offer dividend reinvestment which is pretty wacky.

Portfolio performance

Why doesn’t the app have the portfolio performance feature????

Frustrated

Just trying to preview the app and check it out and I I can’t even get through the first stage of account set up after an hour. I’m about to give up before I even really check it out

Non intuitive so you don’t get my money.

Tried three time to sign up each time I got to the “add funds” stage the app couldn’t progress to my bank when I clicked on the contact us button it took me to another page and wiped all my information form the previous pages making me do it again..... I’m off to give your competition my money......

Good but I can’t roll option position from Australia Time zone

app 4.14.4 but can’t roll any of my positions. I click on the position I want to roll and tick the drop down checkbox. Roll Trade and Close are highlighted in the box at the bottom. I click on roll and it comes up with a box saying unable to roll option no further expirations available. If I click on the Trade and Close boxes it goes through. This also happens on my iPad. I have tried doing it with many other symbols QQQ and SPY with all the same result and obviously many expirations exist with them. Is this a problem with the app or with my TS account? I am Level 3 so should be able to roll. Client services have been informed but so far no good result. Your help would be appreciated cheers
