Tradetron app is not working on iPhone 13. Have initiated numerous chats with their supprt team as well as shared issue details on email. There is no resolution yet ( more than a month !). Also they don’t go through the chat history and every time a new supprt person comes on chat he asks for the same details. And then at the end of the day they just close the chat without giving any resolution Pathetic service.
Bad app. Gets frozen at Sign In after email and password entry. Please fix these issues.
The app is just blank, it doesn’t show positions and PNL. When logged in through app the orders are not getting through.
