TL;DR powerful platform that is nearly unusable because it hasn’t been updated in 2+ years. Great platform. App isn’t as powerful as their website. Nor is it stable enough to use. You’re better off going to their mobile website. Things I’d like to see when they eventually update the app: stability, set notifications for trades that pop up on the scanner, a color blind mode / customize colors, economic calendar, IPO calendar, earnings calendar,

I used the app before and loved it. Came back and I no longer get alerts. Was told in February that the “old apps” don’t work and the new one should be out in march. Now they don’t respond to my emails.

I love the TradyTics web platform but this app just has way too many bugs and errors to be helpful. Very frustrating. I only average 1-3 min in the app before it bugs out.

Cancelled sub within the trial period, and company has still not refunded. Sent email to their customer service and no reply.

It’s so disappointing these guys stopped innovating. The platform has not been updated for years : 1. )Both Mobile and Web apps are so slow.. 2.) Data Lagging in both platforms.. 3.) Terrible UI on the Mobile App 4.) Alerts system delayed on both platforms… Honestly I could go on and on … bad experience Quant data came after them and they have the best app , UI and accurate data ..

Only issue I have is that it crashes to blank screen when I click “options” under “ticker dashboard”. Unable to use that feature which is the most usefull one for mex

App has data mismatch on mobile and other devices,

On a iPhone 13. Data that should be there is not, on a consistent basis. The web site does work but the data is often not accurate

I would love to use ur app and service. But please fix the alerts notifications
