app always crashes when I start to navigate (Europe, Netherlands/Germany), iphone S6, latest update iOS 11.4.1, bought the Lifetime Premium license, there’s no link to contact the developer (I don’t want to use facebook), help or money back

Can’t adjust the map, zoom, and the tracker keeps going off the screen. Landscape mode shows flipped screen. Very little control over the navigation screen.

This is the worst’s traffic system I have tried. I travelled almost 300 miles and didn’t give me any information about car crashes backups or congestion in construction areas
