Unavailability to add phone number
Confirmation code is not sent to my LT number. I contacted trafi support, and they gave me advice to buy tickets from the bus driver! Not user-friendly!

in the latest version i can not buy 30-min and 60-min tickets at the same time!!! There is no option of choosing tickets from different categories! So i have to spend twice more time buying damn tickets 🫠🫠🫠 please fix this 🙏

Ужас, купила билет, на следующей остановке штрафанули Система работает очень криво! Итого проезд мне обошелся в 9 евро вместо 90 центов, не рекомендую!
Оплата не работает
Просто полный треш. С карты деньги ушли, билетов нету, и купить новые нельзя, прекрасно
Can’t add credit card
Authorization form hasn’t got Cardholder name field, so it’s impossible to add CC
Can’t buy tickets
Very handy and useful overall, but totally unable to purchase ticket using credit card, since name field is missing. Awful defect.
How to fix card holder name issue
If you faced with problem during attempt to add card, just add any name and surname to your profile.
Бесполезное приложение
Невозможно добавить карту потому что приложение требует поле которого нет в приложении. С учетом что проблема известна с октября, а сейчас апрель и не исправили - стыд и срам! Теряете деньги на ровном месте.
