Our AI-powered workout tracker works with the Apple Watch 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, SE, Apple Watch Ultra, and Apple Watch Ultra 2. Unfortunately, due to CPU limitations with the Apple Watch 1, 2 and 3, we are unable to reliably run our application on these devices.

Weightlifting and gym log can now be saved to a profile, providing a valuable history of all your routines at the gym. Using an automatic gym workout tracker enables users to be completely hands-free and saves them time while working out.

View breakdowns by muscle group, exercise, or time. Our workout tracker allows users to filter specific dates to see your strength training progress and understand how you are improving your bodybuilding or overall fitness.

We support gym exercises to hit biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, back, legs, and core! We are very serious about data. Train Fitness does not share your data with any third parties. All data is anonymized and never distributed. Period. Train Fitness uses HealthKit to export your Train Fitness activities into the Health app and to read heart rate and biometric data.

Newest update added pretty much all the features I was looking for in a weight lifting app and the exercise detection continues to impress me. Navigating on the watch during a workout is huge and it’s easy to change up a template or add exercises. Great app overall

I started using this app when I first started going to the gym, it’s been a little over a year now and i’ve gotten to grow with the development of the app!! I think y’all are doing a great job, i’ve only had a few issues with the app because of it not wanting to update for a while. Looking forward to see if you guys add the capability for samsung users! My gym buddy is on the samsung phone+watch and it would be great to include him!

I would give it 5 stars, but when you start a free workout it has an option to delete the whole workout info you logged, it’s the dumbest thing I’ve seen on a workout app and it’s literally next to the finish workout button.

The only good automatic ai fitness tracker

Tested a few apps. This one is the only one that has good automatic tracking of reps and exercises in the App Store for free! All other apps force you rather than encourage you to buy their premium or just don’t work well.

Need to up the number of pounds. I am leg pressing over 1100 lbs. max and it only goes too. 1000 lbs.

I absolutely love this app! It makes my work outs so easy. I used to log with a pen and paper but that got hard and annoying. This app also helps me know what muscles need rest and what muscles need attention. I’ve only gained muscle since using this app. Definitely a smart buy if you are in the gym trying to make progress.

Great App, but I want more!

This is a really good app. The auto exercise detection is on point and is really accurate. I’ve been using the FitBod app and switched to Train, mainly for the auto detect and clean UI. Here are some other features I’d love to see: 1) iPad app for the ability to plan workouts on a bigger screen 2) website same reason for #1 above 3) AI auto generated workouts and programs 4) Ability to create custom multi week workout plans 6) Library of pre created workout plans Again, this app is really good but with the suggested features as listed above it would be fantastic!

Andrew & Oscar and their team have made available a fitness tracker app that first is extremely user friendly which means a lot to those who are more interested in tracking their resistance training goals then being computer savvy. This app has taken me to an entirely next level of support towards my fitness goals for 2024. This app is for beginners to the more advanced. I’ve experienced other similar apps but TRAINER is THE APP, is you really want reliable data needed for being your best YOU.
