Love the idea but needs improvement
I love the idea of this app. Planting trees and encouraging people to take the train.
However, after using it for a few months, I am not completely satisfied. Yes the prices are the same as other apps but there is always an admin fee which is higher than admin fees on other apps. If you take the train a lot, you end up spending a lot of money on admin fees. I also have requested refunds on unused tickets but the admin fee of £10 prevented me from getting any refund. This is not something I have experienced with other apps.
I will be going back to other apps for my regular travels and use TreeHugger for occasional travels.
