My go to morning workout!
Train On Demand had become my favourite morning workout! When I first downloaded I followed the daily workout but since then utilise the filters and workout library to select the workout that best suits me. I love that if I only have 25 mins I can choose workouts around this duration. Once you get to know the different workout types you can also select these and tailor to whether you have the equipment pack or not. And the best part is I can do it anywhere and often share the workout with a friend while on holidays!
