He probado TODAS las apps para entrenamiento y esta sin duda es estupenda ya que permite enviar los entrenamientos planificados a Training Peaks y de ahí a otras plataformas como MyWhoosh (que es gratuita). Una maravilla que lo único que echo de menos es el entrenamientos adaptativo de TrainerRoad con su IA. Ojalá lo incorporen pronto!
el programa no para de subir y bajar potencia, no se parece a trainerroad. probado con iphone x y con Mac book m1.

Great app. Came from Sufferfest, which is great, but I rarely if ever watched the videos. I watch bike races on peacock or max. Highly recommended. Don’t race anymore but helps my fitness for sure.
