ADPS app

I logged in to update my clients workouts but to my surprise all my clients weren’t there. I am still receiving updates from my clients because they still have access to their workouts but I dont have access to them for updates. I have reached out twice in 3 days trying to get help. Unfortunately No luck. I am hopeful to hear something soon but will be looking for another personal trainer app. I cant have an app that doesn’t allow me to do my job

I accidentally purchased a year membership with these guys and was absolutely freaking out. however, they have a very convenient 24 seven chat support that took care of this issue literally immediately! THEY REFUNDED ME ALL MY FUNDS BACK IN UNDER 10 MINUTES. Will be with these for as long as they are under operations🙏🏼💯

As a CPT I purchased TFU. I had it for two years my clients used it It was included w the the fee with me to unsure I had a way to follow and track. Love that you can add videos of yourself doing exercises or anyone to the app. The tracking is good provides graphs or data. It’s easy to create a plans and update plans. It’s easy to l arm to use as well and it offered forms for hiring clients free of charge. You could even edit forms add your own logo etc Aldo you can avg other trainers and their client's as well and charge a fee. Yiu will have to pay more fur the app so it’s worth it I didn’t like that it didn’t offer meal planning. I also cancelled my membership because of lack of support. I had an issue where the all stoped sending my clients an email to accept the app. When I contact mani, the response was anything but helpful. So I cancelled my clients didn’t seem to mind either. I’ll try a new app that offers meal planning next . I wound have given 4 stars but the lack of support was very disappointing.

Fix this garbage app.

Loved the app until I tried to get app branded . Developer just stopped communicating.

When I try to start a new week of workouts programmed for my clients it glitches out and I’m unable to create a new week for my clients. The entire screen goes blank and I can no longer look at each new week without something going wrong. If I try to scroll down to see my Saturday each week it won’t let me scroll down that far either. The app would be great if I was able to scroll down to Saturday or start a new week with my clients without the entire screen going blank during the Plan Template and could actually continue my 16 week programs.

Had all my client’s templates on this app and their diary and for it disappear. I need answers, or i will be canceling my subscription to this APP ASAP.

I like the concept of the app but as i’m trying to create workout plans some descriptions don’t save and it is very time consuming please fix then this app is a 5 star app

No matter how many times I sent my clients the email, they never received it. If this problem could be fixed then I would keep the app,but unfortunately I had to let it go.

Love this app!! Works amazing fundamentally. Super glad my trainer uses this app with me. My critique: music pauses when using the TrainerFu timer in app on IPhone. Music will not resume unless you open your music app. And click play. Same occurs when watching in-app TrainerFu videos.
