Training Tracker is a simple, powerful, easy to use fitness app for logging weight training workouts and tracking results of performance and body composition.
The design of Training Tracker’s interface makes it simple to navigate. A few exercises and simple workouts come preloaded in the app for use. You can use them as they are or edit them to fit your needs. This apps interface allows you to easily enter your own exercises. You can give them any name you like and use them to build your own custom workouts based on your typical gym routine, or any new routine you would like to log and track.
Training Tracker is also designed to allow users to enter and track body composition. Whether you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle or just track body fat levels. Body fat calipers can be purchased from Training Tracker.

Easy to use interface
Entry of user defined exercises and workouts. User defined muscle group entry for exercise sorting.
Simple weight and rep entry to record sets performed.
Rest time notification based on user defined rest time preference.
1RM calculation per set highlighting the highest 1RM per session and tracking record 1RM per exercise.
Calculates total weight volume lifted per exercise and workout.
Displays previous exercise set data in main workout entry screen with the option to review last 5 sessions for reference.
History calendar displays highlighted dates of recorded workouts allowing selection and review of any specific day’s workout and recorded workout volumes.
History graphs provide simple progress display of recorded total volumes lifted for workouts or specific exercises.
User weight entry for body weight tracking with user weight progress table.
Body fat measurement entry for easily recording body fat percentage and tracking with progress table.
Backup and restore feature allows users to back up performance data at any time if needed for restoration on new device.

Good app but needs some ui improvements

Navigation could be more intuitive. I had to guess where to go to edit the weights and reps. Found it once by accident and could not get there for another exercise. Other than that I liked the app for the base features.
