TrainingPlans let you create and sync custom structured workouts provides from TrainingPeaks. You will be able to see your planned, competed and past workouts (only 7 days) on your iPhone.

- Creates your workout on the date more appropriate for you.
- Browses your Documents app to find your workout files (json).
- Choose the location of the workout, outdoors or indoor.
- Creates your workout with enables or disables the alerts if you want.
