TrakGX™ is the first commercially available mobile application intended for the moving customer. TrakGX™ can be used for all types of shipments, including residential, military, and commercial. The moving company manages the interaction and communication with the shipper conveniently from their EDC-MoveStar® move management system. TrakGX™ is free to the shipper and the functionality is also available as a website.
From TrakGX™ the shipper can:
• Exchange data and documents with the moving company
• Track multiple shipments
• View delivered shipment history
• Chat with the move coordinator
• Review moving company and crew profiles
• Complete virtual surveys
• Rate the moving crew
• Take customizable customer satisfaction surveys
• File claims
