Trakist: For Tutors & Coaches

I am so happy to have found this app! As an instructor I appreciate the convenience of having an app on my phone that I can use to manage my schedule and keep track of payments. The app is well laid out and easy to navigate. It’s simple to use and allows me to enter all of the important information quickly.

This app is amazing! I was skeptical about paying for an app when I could keep track of attendance and payments in my scheduling journal. However, it is so much easier using this app to see an individual student’s status and to see my available hours at a glance when I’m trying to schedule a new student. I like the newest feature, too, that allows export of payment information that helps me keep track of income for budgeting purposes. Great app! I highly recommend it!

I love Trakist because it makes my job easier. It helps me keep track of my students’ schedules, attendance, cancellations, invoices and payments. The user interface is also very easy to use. I love how I can quickly take attendance with just a swipe and it calculates everything for me! It’s an excellent way to manage my business including student progress.

I have used many tutoring apps before and none of them were as simple and useful as Trakist. 1) student information is all kept in one place. Can take notes for students and classes 2) you can track student progress using different forms 3) invoicing is built-in 4) scheduling/managing cancellations and attendance is very simple 5) You can export all your data to excel It has all the features I want and the developer releases updates frequently.

I replaced my spreadsheet with Trakist. Now it is effortless to schedule clients and manage billing. User experience is easy and intuitive. Plus, I feel successful every time I see the logo! I highly recommend this fabulous tool!

Best tutoring management app! I like how responsive it is. I can customize the home view based on my needs. The shortcuts to create classes or new students are very handy! Keep up the good work!

I have started using trakist for my piano students and pleasantly surprised to see how useful it is. I can schedule lessons and keep track of the payments easily.

This app is easy to use and it keeps everything organized. I like how simple it is to create invoices and send them through the app. Recent updates to taking attendance made it even better. It saves me lots of time.
