Trane 360°

It doesn’t let you log in after a while of using it. Said account maintenance needed on a full site, when you go there you can’t know what needs to be done.

This app is terrible. When you pull up an PDF documents there is no way to go back. You just need to close the app and start over. Also its impossible to get pricing on parts and theres no pictures of anything. Its an app that was a good idea but never got fully implemented. I wish it was anywhere near as simple as the CE App for Carrier. We just have to keep calling Trane for everything.

Please create a tablet version, or update the ability to rotate. Also equipment needs to be updated.

This app hasn’t worked in years. No parts are ever available. My company forces it on my phone every day. I delete it every day. No matter how much reporting is done it can’t or won’t be repaired or replaced. Just don’t bother.

Not worth it

They should let us know this app its for their representative. Despite of having model and serial number I am struggling to simply find a part number for a replacement.

This app is becoming very poor because it no longer gives parts pricing or availability as it promises and I end up having to waste 20 minutes or more calling the parts department anyway!!!

The app used to tell how many or a part were in stock, now it just loads and won’t let you do anything until you close the app completely. It is useless now

Trying to research parts, the app locks up with the dots going from left to right

This app needs a major overhaul. It constantly gets stuck on loading screens, to the point that the apps needs to be closed out and a restart. Trying to use this app in the field is frustrating. As a service tech, this would be great if it worked but it doesn’t.
