The app seems to log me in fine with the university, but then trying to add the card to my iPhone 12 gives me an error “could not add card” every time. Support at the university seems to be unable to resolve the issue, and no technical support seems available for users of this app. All in all a very big disappointment

It’s very convenient without carrying the physical card. However, can the app allow for two accounts under the same institution? Some people have a student and a stuff account at the same institution. It causes some trouble. Thanks!

Does not allow you to add to wallet so you are screwed if you don’t already have a physical ID. Complete waste of time trying to fix it, and they don’t seem keen on fixing it.

Not big on tech but this app works well so far
