I wish my company would switch my 403B to another firm as the App constantly crashes, is slow to update and does not have a native IPad App!

App is garbage
Why should I trust my money with a company that cannot create an app that constantly crashes. I am so tired of trying to Check my balance only to be told I need to create an account. Don’t waste your time or money, use Fidelity, they have a quality App with much better service. This app is garbage
Infuriatingly BAD APP
This app is designed to be painful - it is deliberately bad and I would like to know why this company is trying to make their customers miserable. FaceID is broken for years now - it scans your face multiple times for no reason before letting you log in. They just started asking for 2 factor but it’s broken DELIBERATELY so you cannot copy and paste the code from your email. The app is total trash. Please hire a competent developer you greedy evil cheap corporate fools.
Doesn’t work at all
All the app displays is ur name and ur personal information aside from that you can’t even see ur plan wich is the main purpose of the app. I already know all my information i need my retirement account information!
App in the phone does not work
It never took you to the accounts. Several times gives you trouble login in and gives errors when it should not. In the internet is a little better but not that much. For employees is very hard to be able to see the account and that does not provide the transparency that the client needs

Easy to check my balance. Not sure how to change my beneficiary though?
Not able to log in
I downloaded the app twice and still doesn’t not allow me to log in.. I called customer service and nothing changed. In order to see my info I literally had to do it through google chrome

Garbage App
Worst 401k app I’ve ever used. I have never been able to login using this app. Keeps giving me an error saying your information could not be validated even though the same credentials work on the website. If I could give this app a negative score, I would.
