Tons of error

Transcribing in French is not good. I paid 60$ for nothing. Terrible, scam??

Bad translation

The transcribe was totally a mess!

Didn’t get the minutes I paid for

I bought 30 minutes of transcription and verified with apple that the purchase went through, but when I tried to transcribe a 5 minute audio it said I didn’t have enough minutes and needed to purchase more. I’ve contacted the app support but have gotten no reply.
