Slow, time consuming and pointless, the app is utterly rubbish and needs a remap completely, doesn’t show live buses and the times never load something needs doing about it coz it’s wasting my time and so many other peoples time 0/10

This app has never got my bus times correct, often leaving me waiting by my bus stop for 30 mins to an hour hoping my bus will actually turn up.

It’s probably the most common query - when the next bus? I just want a time table - it’s a simple request. You try finding one😩

This was a really good site before they changed it. Now it’s terrible

Can’t accurately see my location, can’t find stops when they do appear which they should anyway, it’s like you expect the user to be a master of geography and specialised in map reading, there was nothing wrong with the old app tbh

Like everyone says the old one was fine, I pay good money for buses every day and an app that works would be so useful. Trying to get my daughter to school and the map shows the bus is 10 mins away then next minute its in another county and untrackable from there onwards. The bus is always late aswel which ends up in my daughter bejng punished from the school. Dont try fixing this app its awful, the layout, the map everything about it is awful Edit: just got a call from my daughter she risked going for the bus and it didnt turn up Now i have to mess around explaining to her school how dumb this app is

A very helpful use of technology.

I thought the system wasn't too bad, I haven't used it for a few months. Put in the bus stop number, unrecognisable. No information, can't even click on nearby stops. You used to be able to find stops in your area. Contrived and over designed. If it is used every day I assume it becomes workable, for the layman it is a labyrinth of nonsense, when typically you have a few minutes to try get the information.

Past 3 days I go to check how far of my buses are and it’s showing that there isn’t any buses at all in England
