MobileTrans-Phone Transfer

The app consistently loses transfer connection between Samsung S24 Plus and iPhone 16 Pro Max. WiFi signals strong and both phones updated to latest versions. Worst of all, you have no way of knowing which 1,300 files were missed from a total of 24,000 files. Terrible!!! I have tried to send you the logs. When I click on the feedback option and click submit with Logs, it’s says “submission failed”. So I cannot even send the logs back to you with your App.

This app is a scam , they have very vague descriptions, and needs payment for every step. After taking payment, it will ask you to download their google OR pc app , for that you have to crate a login . But you cannot create login a after payment

If app is good better to provide all info upfront. Only able to transfer contacts, notes, pictures. For app transfers asked to create account and then asked for more money. Very disappointed. Such apps should be banned.

It’s the worst App I used since ages. You will subscribe and think you can transfer your WhatsApp data! But NO! It appears that it transfer only phone data which you can do easily with any devices nowadays. But if you want to transfer you WhatsApp chat, it will ask you to subscribe for another product! Why you don’t do that from the beginning!

I paid money for this program but couldn’t transfer my Whatapp history from phone to phone. Just lost my money. Will never sagest to download

Don’t rely on it to transfer data, can transfer a few things. Worthless.

Tried the service as promised but it does not work. I had to go on desktop but then was told I had to pay more.

Addressing a menu for wifi which doesn’t exist in my ios !!!

Bought this app for alot just to transfer WhatsApp, but didn’t work neither via type C to lightening connection, no wireless connection (although it’s mentioned it’s available on thier website) and cannot use desktop version because it’s different than phone version so different purchase Its sad that its my first time ever to buy an app and I got robbed, took my money without providing any service because lies and poor app performance. I demand to either grant me full desktop app as compensation or return my money within 8 hours. Otherwise all my chat screenshots with customer service that prove I got hustled will be all over top tech celebrities social media apps as I know few of them personally . My case ID number is 2279127
