Poor customer service
I have really enjoyed this game since early on. I’ve played for 2715 days. Crazy I know. I have never reviewed this because I just wasn’t sure what to say that wasn’t said. Well…now I have something and it’s irritating. The game occasionally crashes, which isn’t a big issue until last week. I was upgrading a guy, and as I was in that specific location in the game, it froze. So I rage tapped the screen which we have all done, because I knew what was next…game crash. Sure enough, it crashed…but not until it registered my taps and spent 1 million of a resource (z energon) to upgrade the building. Now when I logged back in, I had no idea it had happened right away. Figured it out and contacted them about the glitch. Basically they said too bad. If I were a whale, theyd likely fix it, but since I’ve only spent a couple hundred, likely I don’t qualify for help. They said they “can’t” fix the issue, but I know a couple big spenders that have had things restored for them. Fun game…not helpful unless you’re a big spender. Likely I’ll start the retirement process soon. Good luck playing and hope you don’t need support.
