Usually I have to restart at level 52 because of an update will not load the game and I lose all my game play. Today I tried three times to get last level 4 and the game refuses to unlock new region to continue on. Do you want players to keep playing or have you given up on this game. Thanks a player since 2019
I updated my game and lost all the progress. I was one of the top player. But I lost it all. Please fix this
Get there act together tired of paying for monthly subscription and can’t use it .Game support keeps this quiet by giving you a few notes but it is not really worth the aggravation of contacting support every week. Hope this gets resolved and they let us know it is working again

Two consecutive months that the VIP is not active. The first time they fixed it, but this month they are passing the ball to apple. I started to play 3 months ago, my experience with BON is mostly negative. The game doesn’t restart after accepting my transaction, it’s not apple that have a bug with payments, I pay a lot of games with them without any problems. And now the VIP went from $17/month to $31/month (almost 100% increase) I paid the VIP because of the donations they make to Ukraine, but $31 and I see ads, I mean you take my money and still make money with ads with me. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I don’t know what the game was like before the upgrade many here are complaining about. So far I’m happy with how it works. Maybe add a little more tutorial help for us noobs? Not prepared to pay a weekly sub, but a monthly one might be ok.
Hello why did you guys screw up the game with that last update??? You were able to see all the requirements for an item by clicking on it, now you have to guess what they each thing needs??? What??? Please revert back to the older version please please. I’m not paying ANY more money for a broken game!!!!
Can’t even see how many supplies my place has or what I need to get before I start the order. I have to wait till I send trucks out with the stuff to see what supplies I need. And I hate the new fuel system. It’s eating in my profit for no reason. Stupid update I hope everyone stops playing
I have played this game for years. This latest update has some very disappointing changes. I would like to see the fuel refill with time like it used to not have to pay and the way you set up routes now is poor. The old system was much better. This game used to be great now you have ruined it.
