I bought the app as a premium user. It worked for several months and now it doesn't work. It says error, but it's not clear what the error is. There is no help from the developers. I am very disappointed, money wasted. I don't recommend it.

Tried using it for Japanese to English and the translations were so bad that it didn’t even translate into English it was just gibberish and I scanned the same text twice and both times it had completely different translations.
This app doesn’t work whatsoever like seriously
As soon as i aligned the words it came up with premium! It didn’t even translate it for me!!
