I have been trying to cancel my 3 day free trial but there is no way to cancel so now they keep charging me but a free trial is to check if you like it or not I don’t but have no way of cancelling how is that right?

The translation is completely wrong
Tried to use this in Thailand with our Thai friends and they thought it was completely hilarious. Confirmed the translation was completely wrong and the pronunciation of all words we tried was wrong. Don’t waste your time.
It seems the problem …..
It seems the problem isn’t with your voice or the AI translation, the problem lies with the timer, that suggests 30 sec? I’m not sure, when you speak for the full timer the app only translates 10-15 seconds, so the end of what is said is always missing. Shame as it really is good. Don’t know how £7.99 a week ends up being £36 / year. You aren’t creating urgency at all, you’re simply making something that’s good look dodgy and a SCAM. 60p /week is far more realistic and you’ll have more signups.
Only lets you record a sentence
Tried to use this app. Don’t get me wrong it is an amazing app if you are trying to talk to someone. When I try to explain something it doesn’t even let me finish my sentence off as it keeps cutting out. And it only lets you write and say a few words. It won’t let you say a whole paragraph about something. This is why I am giving it a 3 star :(

Tried to recorded my voice multiple time and says there is an error
Unfortunately not good
It couldn’t translate the Hebrew or read it out. As I speak Hebrew it yapped some utter gibberish but the Hebrew words on the screen were right.
Broken
It worked for like 30 minutes then I tried to re record my voice to make it more accurate and it now won’t work at all saying “error”. Such a shame because it worked really well before as well
The voice ai is really bad
I have tried to record my voice so that the AI could reproduce it however after trying about 5 to 6 times is still says that there’s an error and that they are unable to process my voice. absolutely no point of using this app as I wanted to use it with my voice. Google translate it enough for regular translations.
