Once they approve the ride you cant even see it. Sometimes it doesn’t even affirm wether it was successful and find out later it was booked. It disappears so if u have to cancel you cant

The booking system is a joke. You can never get a bus within 10 mins of checking if one is near you, you need to schedule one at least 40 mins away. And if you book a ride hours or even the day before, the bus still comes 20 minutes later than your original booked pick up time.

Between errors with the app. Giving pacific pines 2 buses instead of 3 and drivers not being properly trained. My experience using the app could be described as ‘okay’ but nothing ‘good’ or ‘great’

I really think this service has significantly improved my life, and I’m very grateful for it. I do hope it stays around and that it gets better and has its issues ironed out. I would be exceedingly glad should it stay around past the trial phase as it will allow for more independence on my part. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into it and it deserves to stay around.
