I had to use Transsera, because Coursera app is not available on iOS 8. It's been great experience so far.
A helpful app
Sometimes coursera is either very slow or won't load videos at all. With transera I don't have any problem.

Great minimalist version of Coursera
This app is good for downsizing some of the features of Coursera and feeds you just the videos and essential links. Very useful alternative to Coursera's mobile app.
Backward subtitles
And it won't let me open any of the quizzes or suplementary documents. However, it loads fast and runs smoothly with high quality video.
