Poor customer service
I would love to recommend this app as it has helped me for years. It’s fairly intuitive and allows you to track your spending in real time. The issue is with customer service. A month ago I lodged a ticket that I had lost my premium membership even though the payment had been received. After multiple messages of “we’re working on it” I got tired of the lack of effort to fix the issue. It’s too bad that an app this good can be let down by its support staff.
