Very bad app
I did a deposit of btc one week ago ,still haven’t received my btc and the technical support is very slow to respond,as of today they haven’t resolved my matter , I attached a the blockchain proven that the money is in their account and they still not resolving my problem,therefore I will close the app and I don’t recommended to nobody, Crypto.com Is the best
Very good staff
I had an issue with getting verified, staff helped me through this, they were courteous and patient. It was minor: when auto updates in the play store are turned off, it is impossible to log in, only registering. Great support!
Card
The Trastra card is really good as it does not have any fees. Most of the other cards charge heavy fees. Everytime I add money, I don't have to pay anything.
Trastra App
Used to be good Now after latest update the app crashes on opening! And can not access account to send / top up bitcoin. Please Fix ASAP
Didn’t work for me but might for you
It went to the sign up but didn’t let me sign up. However, all the other reviews seem to be great so just try it and see.
Fabulous
This is now replacing Coinbase card, already cancelled and sending over my balance to this wallet. Fantastic, great app.
