Unusable interface
Trying to add a trip is a nightmare. Why does each individual flight count as a “trip” The UI is terrible. I hope the insurance is better than this app. Based on this app I am asking my company to find a different insurance provider.

App has log in and performance reliability issues.
Travel Assist is invaluable
This has been an invaluable tool for me personally when traveling. The proximity alerts have been helpful during my business travels and prevent me from having to check the news to know what's going on around me. The platform is pretty intuitive and on more than one occasion has helped me avoid some scary incidents that were happening nearby.
Can’t even log in
I know my username/password is right but it won’t let me log in. I signed in on my computer using the same info I am trying here.
Unreliable
App keeps bugging out on me. When I download it, the “Around Me” function works for a few hours but then disappears.
