Can’t find my luggage to manage and my partner can’t add a booking on her phone so she can have information too tried to reach out they won’t answer seems like they just don’t care about you so as such your money

Can’t see or pay my booking through app on phone or iPad
App not working correctly, can’t pay or see any of my bookings in the app, the app just pulses on your bookings and does not open any just blank, plz sort out, have to keep going online to see or pay via laptop which is less convenient
Handy and easy to use
Great to have all my booking info in the one place without the need to search through emails. Plus can search for my next holiday using the app whilst I’m away!

The Manage my bookings tab does not display future bookings. First reported June 2023
Can’t get in to my booking
I have just booked a holiday can’t manage my booking make payments or see anything can someone assist I’ve been on the phone to customer services for the past 2 weeks still with no support from the IT team

Such a beautiful app and so simple to use. Much more user friendly than other ones I have used in the past. Especially appreciate the use of bright colours and range of options.
So easy to use and cheap prices
I’ve been using the Travel Republic app for years - it’s so easy to use and convenient for when you want to browse or check or amend your upcoming booking
App doesn’t work
Unable to perform a search on any holidays which renders the app pointless really, no updates in 2 months so no confidence I would use this to make a booking
Not fit for purpose
The links off app don’t work any more. App needs an update and quick.
Terrible App
This app worked fine until a year ago, now it crashes all the time, says oops please retry, etc etc. tried contacting them and all they say is uninstall and install again, we’ll that doesn’t work either.
