Description

The best app to use for your group travel experience – Travel TripKit

Bring your groups closer together with the best app for group travel experiences! The Travel TripKit app is the perfect travel app to keep your groups safer & better connected while on tour. It is given to your group by your tour operator to PRIVATELY provide safety, communication, managing, and memories while you travel.
First, your group has their own unique username and password. No emails, phone numbers, or account set up is required. Just download the app and login with these codes. Teachers and chaperones have their own special codes. There are no advertisements to hassle you while using the app.
Safety is always important, especially when traveling away from home. The Travel TripKit App has a traveler locator feature that turns on at 5am the day you leave, and off at midnight when you get home. This can help travelers find others when separated from the group. This is a safety tool to enhance other safety procedures you have in place.
Good communication helps manage the trip for everyone. Group leaders can message the entire group at once or individual travelers. Travelers can message the group leaders, but not individual travelers.
As another communication feature, group leaders can load documents like the itinerary, rooming list, assignments, anything on a PDF, Word doc, or an Excel spreadsheet.
In addition to the ability for the group leader to message and share documents, it also allows for them to delete any photo. Travelers can delete their own photos. Speaking of photos…you are going to be making memories of a lifetime! The app offers private photo sharing. Only you, others in your group, and family following from home can see the photos. You all can download your favorites to keep. Share your favorites with the group and enjoy the one’s they share!
For family at home, you can see all the photos the group shares and the documents. Messaging and the traveler locator feature are available only for those on the trip. When you login, select the option ‘family at home’. The Travel TripKit app helps provide peace of mind for parents whose young students may be traveling away from home without them for the first time.
For travelers, it is very important to allow all permissions like allowing access to your photos, your location, and notifications. Like most apps, this is necessary for all the app’s features to work!
The Travel TripKit app helps you have a safe and fun trip…and the trip of a lifetime is worth remembering!
