Svindel fra ende til annen!!!!
Siden det jeg har slrevet ble borte så får jeg avslutte med å si kr. 14.129,47 var billettprisen so de skrev at de ville refundere kr. 7.256,00 men det kunne ta litt tid. Uka etter en ny melding om at beløpet til refusjon ble kr. 572,00. Det må være matematiske genier som kan finne fram til det beløpet. Jeg håper at Norwegian kan se hva slags svindel TravelLink driver med. Uansett 572 kroner bringer meg min kone gjennom 54 år noen bryllupsreise til Roma mer. Hilsen medlem av Norwegian Reward i lang tid. Og for all del: hold dere unna TravelLink svindlerne🥵
Forferdelig kundeservice!!
Vi er 6 mennesker som skal på tur og klarte ved bestilling å få en bokstav feil i etternavn på det ene paret. Etter 6mnd og 15 henvendelser, gjorde jeg enda en ny kontakt idag. Etter masse venting og frem og tilbake, sier de plutselig at flighten er blitt kansellert for 3 måneder siden!! Uten noen informasjon til oss. Og når jeg går inn på Travellink App senest idag, så ligger reisen der uten noen beskjed om kansellering?? Og på kundeservice opplyser en Inder på nokså uforståelig gebrokkent engelsk, at det ikke går noen andre flighter hjem den dagen. Men vi kan få en refund!? Vi har booket og betalt overnattinger for tusenvis av kroner der borte allerede, så vi må nesten komme oss hjem. I løpet av mine 55 år på jorden, er dette den desidert verste kundeopplevelsen jeg har hatt med noe selskap, noensinne. Styr unna!!! Mvh Per Valla

I was scammed by Travellink
Don’t deal with this company. They scammed me and I lost 350 euros.
Never buy anything here. Direct scam.
Don’t trust these scamers.
What happened
I bought a ticket in Travellink from Oslo to Arbil. I bought a superflex ticket which means that it’s eligable for refund and changes. I paid over 100 dollars for the extra service. (Thought was doing good at the time)
However I decided to cancel my trip and get my money back.
First thing I see there is no number to call Travellink and they don’t peovide this on their webiste or application.
I managed to get in contact with them through their chat on the application which is not easy to find AT ALL. Hidden so nobody can find it.
The cuatomer service was rude and said that they can’t help me with the cancelation and I should do it through the app. But when I do it through the app it showes an error message. So now I practically can’t refund.
So I went to the website of the company that I am flying with which is Pegasus Airlines (Turkish company).
I called Pegasus Airlines and spoke to a very friendly cuatomer service agent that informed that Travellink hasn’t put in the option of refundable tickets. (Scam that they hoped I never find out)
The company of Pegasus Airlines at this moment can’t do much as they havn’t recieved rhe full payment from Travellink.
Pegasus only offered me 140 euros on a ticket that is not refundable at all.
I would have lost the whole amont of 450 euros if it wasn’t for the good deed of Pegasus.
Don’t buy anything from Travellink. I lost a lot of money. DON’T FALL FOR IT TOO.
I lost a total of 310 euros in total. Can’t do anything about it now as there is no way to contact them.
I wish I could give them 0 stars but it is not possible.
