Beware!!! They don’t give you your ticket directly! I have booked a trip from Sweden to Germany and paid directly, but now 24h passed and no tickets. For customer service, you need to download the app but you can’t login. I really don’t know how they get away with such disastrous customer service and business practices.

Home flight with 2 transit suffered delay at Heathrow and missed connection. Travellink could not help at all. Other passengers on same flight got help from their agency. Airline couldn’t help due to something with Travellink booking. Never again!

I booked a ticket abt a week ago..now there are 13 days remaining in my flight and i request an agent to cancel my trip and he/she informs me that they will deduct 90% of my payment as per airline policy…also one time booking cost huge..such a pathetic service..highly not recomended

The app is garbage. My wife got some virus after installing the app. We have travelled a lot but this was terrible, it takes time from your holiday to deal with this.

I have been trying to get an invoice for my flights for 2 weeks. I can not log in the app since I don’t have an account. But when I try to create one, it says that the mail is being for another account. When I try to change the password, which I didn’t set any, I don’t receive any emails. I tried contacting the customer service, they said it would take 48-72 hours to process. It should take this much time and effort to get an invoice.

Appen stänger ner sig själv när man försöker gå in på den.

I have updated the app several times the latest days and it still doesn’t work. The only way to see the booking is to uninstall and reinstall the app every time. Not very practical when you are on the move.
