The App can be used to buy tickets and sync your TravelMaster, Zoom, and Stagecoach smartcards all in one place. SYConnect, GetAbout, Wayfarer, DonConnect, BConnect or RConnect tickets are all available to buy via the App.

Syncing your smartcard will add any tickets bought on the App or our website. It will also show what tickets along with their expiry dates already loaded to your card.

At TravelMaster, we aim to provide South Yorkshire and Derbyshire with great value and simplified ways to use public transport. We work with all of the region’s transport providers to bring you some of the UK's lowest-priced, and most advanced, integrated travel tickets. What’s the purpose of this app

There’s soo many bugs and errors in this app, is it even legit? I was looking to buy a ticket for entire South Yorkshire or check distance and busses/trains needed but it’s so useless. You can’t buy a ticket in the app, you can’t check distance and tickets needed, you can download it only to uninstall it after few minutes. 🤦‍♂️ I like the idea of the app but I have a problem understanding how this app supposed to work and what tickets I need to travel. To fix the problem you might need to completely remove this app and create new one, easy and simple to use.

Ticket purchase based on dates

Hi, Can we have an option where we can pay for 7 days or 28 days and it could only expire after we have actively used it for 7 days or 28 days instead of expiring within a timeframe if you have used it or not?

Frustrating

Go into work 2/3 times per week so a flexi 5 bus & tram is suitable for me and saves a bit of money. But it’s so stressful getting on stagecoach buses the card never scans numerous times the driver has told me I don’t have a ticket on the card when I do, it’s embarrassing when the bus is full. Always works perfectly fine on TSY trams. Why not do away with the card and have a QR code to just show the driver ? The stagecoach and TSY app both have this feature.

Third rate

Trust TravelMaster to come up with a third rate app. Still have to download on to a smart card instead of app. Then you have to mess about scanning the card which is very hit and miss. Why not just have an app and do away with smartcards? But when do TravelMaster do anything for the weary South Yorkshire bus travellers? A missed opportunity yet again.

Is my school bus pass usable on this?

So I want to have this app just in case I forgot my school bus pass. But for some reason it dose not want to work because when I try to register it, it keep on not working I try many time but it just not working so could you please tell me why or I’m just stupid.

Loading issue

The scanning of the smartcard is a daunting process. Most of the times it does not scan the card and after 100 attempts it scans if I am lucky. The nfc loading function needs to improve
