Travel perk works well on web and app. Nice and consistent.

App works ok but can’t add tickets to phone wallet

Shockingly poor, it’s slow and long winded booking a room and it isn’t cheap. Whenever you’re sent a link from one of the companies they use to check in on line the link never works. The information provided about the hotel you book is never accurate, TravelPerk must cherry pick what they want you to see about the hotel. I’ve regularly tried to book a room only to be told it’s no longer available at the last stage of booking. Awful app and company.

No longer able to log into app, no issue on Mac in browser, but now when trying to login on the app it says “requires Microsoft edge” and doesn’t login.

Expensive tickets, lack of features

Good app in that it does what it says it does and has pretty good support by actual ‘people’ when needed, but still won’t let you store your tickets in the Apple Wallet

I cancelled unintentionally a non refundable flight because the cancel button was too big and I wanted to cancel one flight and it cancelled the whole package, so please make it more difficult to cancel especially non refundable stuff.

Allows access to bookings on the go. And in general really great software to manage company’s travelers and keep it in the budget.

I am sorry but please don t use this service, they sell the product as “you can earn your rewards points” This is not true!! At this point you may use booking.com or expedia at least they are cheper. Don t claim you can do somenthing when in reality you can not!! Very bad service
