Useless app
The app is useless and hopeless, I wish I had booked via trip.com, atleast it recognises your details and booking and you can make changes, this travelup app needs to be worked on by someone who is not so incompetent

Very bad coustmer servies very rude and not helpfull a bad servies am not booking from you and none of my friend or family you ruined my holiday befor it start this is the second time and will be the last
Don’t use Travelup
Do not use TravelUp. Save yourself money and hassle by booking directly. When the airline cancelled my flight, TravelUp failed to notify me and then refused to book me onto an alternative flight, despite there being many options available on the same airline. When I asked for a refund, they charged me £80 in fees. I'm now 3 months into the dispute. The next step will be court.

Absolutely rubbish service. I booked a flight in night and in the morning booking was canceled. I called them several times they dropped my call or didn’t pickup. No one is there to listen. These people are frauds do not book form them.
Zero Star
This company deserves zero star as they are not good any anything, I do not recommend them at all as their system not working and they do not want to fix them and their customer service are terrible at answering questions
Booking number AI
I’m using my booking number and it’s not working with the only way of using the app through AI. it Does not work but you have not kept the option to enter manually

The app is not working well , please could you update the app !!! I want to delete the trip from few years ago and can’t delete . What a trash app
Useless app - avoid!
This is a useless app due to a large number of bugs. Avoid at all costs. It’s a waste of time. Remove this app from life in general.
Worst travel agent
Never book with them!! Absolute scam!! They have a lot of hidden charges!!!! and can’t even get a refund weeks prior to trip, called there customer service and instead of helping, they have a go at the customer wit such disgusting service. Never bookin with them again!

sends you around in circles to log in. you receive a code and that’s not recognised so you’re send a new code, which again won’t be recognised and so on…
