I love the simplicity of the Travis app. None of the unnecessary stuff that you get with other banking applications.

The Travis Credit Union Mobile App gives you access to your money and an array of online financial tools whenever and wherever you need them. We’re focused on your financial wellness, so our app is loaded with great features that make managing your money quick, easy and convenient.
You can review balances and transaction histories, transfer funds between TCU accounts and view images of checks posted to your account. You can also access our free Bill Pay system to schedule and pay your recurring monthly bills.
If you’re splitting the tab with friends or want to send someone money electronically, we’ve partnered with Zelle® so you can make person-to-person payments directly from the App.

Bill Pay Memo Section
I’m disappointed that the memo section/text box in Bill Pay has been removed. Why did you remove it? Will you please add this feature back to Bill Pay? Thanks! UPDATE 11-12-24: The memo feature has always worked when logging in via the website, however, it’s still unavailable on the TFCU App. I’ve used bill pay a few times since your response to no avail.

Deposit feature broken
Every time I try to do a mobile deposit my screen goes black. My camera works perfectly fine. I have to kill the app after that and try again. Same thing. This isn’t the first time I tried to deposit through app.

Failed Transfers
I have done numerous instant transfers from my savings to credit card and they have not posted. However the money was promptly removed from my savings account. The app is going down hill.
