Cannot register
Our travel desk said this is mandatory but after downloading and filling up the registration, the code is not generating in order to proceed with the registration. So, what now? 🤯

Mandatory But Not Working
We were advised by our travel agency to download this but I cannot register because I am getting the same error for a week now that system cannot generate code. Also, your website needs proofreading, lots of grammatical/spelling errors.

Unsolicited Texts
I notice that right after I have signed up, I am now getting unsolicited text messages. This is so annoying.
Make this compatible to lower IOs version
This app only supports ios 13 or higher. Please make this compatible to lower version of IOS, because majority of Filipinos cannot afford high-end phones.
Poorly designed
I just hate how they require to use this poorly designed, inefficient, unreliable application. App keeps crashing and UX is a mess. I hope they will improve this ASAP

15FEB22 Downloaded, registered, uploaded photo and signed in. Closed app and signed in. Started trazing. It works. iPhone 7 on ios 14.7.1

It says that my account is registered and then when I enter it to Log In , it says invalid. Please fix this
