Terrible experience for foreigners
I do not advice foreigners to use this app as they took my money but never delivered my products and although I have tried to get in touch with their costumer service they kept telling me the same thing without really helping me and the worst thing is that they kept telling me you should contact the cargo company for your product not us when they were delivered by Trendyol express themselves and this wasn’t the first time that I experience such thing you you are responsible for the the product until it reaches the client
